About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide client relationship management and investment banking services to corporate and private equity clients
  • Provide strategic advisory services for buyside and sellside M&A, debt and equity capital raising
  • Support new business development, due diligence, and transaction execution
  • Draft internal and external documents and marketing materials
  • Execute transactions and work with clients, attorneys, investors, interested parties, and senior professionals
  • Generate a balanced mix of M&A, debt, and equity capital raising over time
  • Position the bank’s treasury, payment solutions, floating rate and F/X, private wealth, insurance, and other services
  • Serve corporate banking and commercial clients with strategic advisory and investment banking services in partnership with coverage professionals
  • Coach and mentor Analysts or Interns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of related work experience
  • Strong knowledge of investment banking, market, industry sector, and/or financial products
  • Mastery of financial and accounting concepts for creating or reviewing in-depth transaction financial models
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Advanced written and oral communication and interpersonal relationship management skills
  • Solid analytical and sales skills
  • English language fluency required
  • MBA degree with a Finance focus preferred
  • 8+ years of related work experience preferred
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching preferred
