About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead analytical efforts supporting portfolio and market-level real estate strategy development
  • Integrate and synthesize large, multi-source datasets into actionable decision-making insights
  • Develop and apply scenario-based models evaluating trade-offs, demand shifts, and financial impacts
  • Identify and assess real estate network optimization opportunities, including openings, closures, relocations, consolidations, and renovations
  • Use GIS and spatial analytics to evaluate trade areas, market coverage, and cannibalization risk
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and demographic shifts
  • Assess market, financial, and portfolio concentration risks
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and refine models based on outcomes
  • Translate complex analyses into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support advancement of analytics tools, data capabilities, and best practices within the real estate function

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Geography, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–8+ years of experience in corporate real estate, location analytics, strategy, or financial/portfolio analysis
  • Experience supporting or developing portfolio or network optimization strategies across multi-site environments
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with scenario modeling, segmentation, and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools, including ArcGIS, Alteryx, Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments and influencing decisions without direct authority
  • English language fluency required
  • Must work 1st shift in the United States of America
