About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic oversight and end-to-end coordination of regulatory support activities for the aligned Technology, Data & Operations organization
  • Direct regulatory examination readiness and support
  • Manage regulatory agency inquiries and requests
  • Develop and review executive and regulatory meeting materials
  • Facilitate meetings and support executive communications
  • Collaborate across functions to promote consistency, alignment, accuracy, and timely execution of regulatory commitments and deliverables
  • Lead execution of larger technology projects and coordinate operational activities
  • Identify, design, and implement process and technology improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals
  • Analyze and report performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements
  • Execute operational technology strategies and initiatives
  • Integrate innovative solutions to improve business outcomes and operational effectiveness
  • Guide key external partnerships and lead cost-optimization efforts, as applicable
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards
  • Communicate operational status, risks, and improvement plans to senior stakeholders and leadership
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to junior team members and support their professional development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • English language fluency required
  • Must not require employer sponsorship for work visa status or employment authorization
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, or related field
  • Preferred: Experience with regulatory examinations and related activities
  • Preferred: Familiarity with operational technology and/or Cybersecurity
  • Preferred: Previous experience in a technology-driven business environment
