About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop a strategic vision and associated action plans by partnering with vendors and internal digital/non-digital solution teams
  • Define and evangelize the digital wealth or investment client strategy using data-driven insights
  • Manage digital vendor partner relationships and influence product roadmaps to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to improve client and teammate experiences while adding business value
  • Ensure consistency throughout digital experiences and align cross-channel/omni interactions with Wealth and other LOB strategies
  • Collaborate with business leaders on recommendations, selection and prioritization of product features, implementation approaches, vendors and processes
  • Triage, troubleshoot and resolve product, client and technology issues
  • Contribute to product and solution development through research, user testing, quality assurance checks and vendor relationship management
  • Analyze metrics and prepare briefs, presentations and status reports for key stakeholders
  • Conduct industry research and competitive analyses to recommend product or marketing enhancements
  • Support teammate training programs, communications, sales efforts, sales scripts, sales processes, sales opportunity optimization, follow-up activities and business readiness for digital experience enhancements
  • Focus on financial planning digital tools including client-initiated/led financial wellness, goal-based financial planning and advanced cash-flow planning tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Seven years of experience in digital (web/mobile), eCommerce or eBusiness
  • Three years of experience leading cross-functional teams (indirectly or directly)
  • Ability to solve problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents
  • Ability to communicate complex information simply
  • Experience participating in technology initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving and partnership skills
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Execution-oriented; able to complete tasks independently and work well as a team player
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfort presenting concepts and ideas clearly
  • Comfort managing concurrent projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans
  • Preferred: three years of experience in financial services industry
  • Preferred: five years of product management or sales experience
  • Preferred: advanced degree (e.g., MBA) and relevant professional designations (e.g., CFP)
  • Preferred: technology/software product development project team experience
  • Preferred: experience with processes and tools supporting Agile methodologies
  • Preferred: CFP/CFA
  • Preferred: experience with eMoney or MoneyGuide Wealth Studios
