About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of complex Salesforce solutions and integrated technology platforms
  • Deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions using Salesforce architecture, application development, system integration, automation, and software lifecycle management best practices
  • Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, architects, and cross-functional teams
  • Implement third-party solutions and lead technical initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training
  • In-depth knowledge of information systems
  • Ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry preferred
  • Experience working in Agile development environments preferred
  • Experience leveraging AI for code development preferred
  • Experience implementing third-party software such as Eloqua, Highspot, and Seismic preferred
  • English language fluency required
