About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Global Capabilities Center (GCC) Transformation across Enterprise Technology, Data, and Operations
  • Maintain the integrated GCC Transformation portfolio tracker and management views
  • Integrate plans and updates from initiative owners, workstream leads, internal partners, and vendors
  • Test information for completeness and consistency, connect issues across initiatives, and identify required actions, decisions, or escalations
  • Challenge incomplete or inconsistent plans, commitments, assumptions, status, milestones, risks, dependencies, or value information
  • Drive routine follow-through and closure, escalating matters requiring leadership direction or approval
  • Administer and improve intake, qualification, prioritization support, integrated planning, governance, status reporting, portfolio controls, and action tracking
  • Coordinate the full governance cycle, including agendas, decision and status materials, meetings, decisions, actions, ownership, due dates, and closure
  • Facilitate planning discussions, milestone and risk reviews, dependency resolution, and process-improvement sessions
  • Produce leadership-ready PowerPoint presentations, meeting briefs, status updates, decision materials, and stakeholder communications
  • Use Excel and portfolio tools for structured data, formulas, financial and capacity views, trend analysis, and management reporting
  • Use AI-enabled tools, including Copilot, for research, analysis, drafting, and synthesis while validating accuracy and quality
  • Coordinate vendor inputs, milestones, dependencies, risks, and commitments within the integrated portfolio
  • Build relationships across Enterprise Technology, Data, Operations, global delivery teams, control partners, Finance, Human Resources, initiative owners, and other stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement of project and portfolio management practices, templates, controls, and tools
  • Travel rarely as needed for planning, working sessions, stakeholder engagement, or global delivery coordination

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, a related field, or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical project or program management
  • Knowledge of enterprise project and program management methodologies, governance, and best practices
  • Five to eight years of progressively responsible project, program, or portfolio management experience preferred
  • Experience in financial services or another heavily regulated industry preferred
  • Experience working with global delivery models and geographically distributed teams strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain an integrated portfolio across milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, capacity, financials, expected value, and stakeholder commitments
  • Advanced hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written communication and editing judgment
  • Ability to critically examine information, challenge incomplete or inconsistent inputs, connect issues across initiatives, and drive resolution without formal authority
  • Experience preparing and facilitating governance meetings, planning sessions, risk reviews, dependency discussions, and process-improvement sessions
  • Experience administering and improving project or portfolio operating routines
  • Ability to build working knowledge of unfamiliar subject matter and take on increasing stakeholder responsibility
  • Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools responsibly
  • PMP, Agile, process-improvement, or comparable certification preferred but not required
  • English language fluency required
