About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute the sales plan and develop partnerships with lines of business and internal partners
  • Identify and drive client and prospect sales opportunities to achieve or exceed revenue and portfolio growth objectives
  • Foster relationships with bankers and product partners
  • Collaborate on opportunities and engage in strategic client planning
  • Independently manage a portfolio of clients with Treasury Solutions needs
  • Develop detailed relationship plans for clients and prospects
  • Identify client retention and new client acquisition opportunities
  • Provide working capital services and solutions, including receivables, payables, information reporting, and liquidity solutions
  • Follow applicable policies and procedures
  • Proactively escalate issues and risks to leadership
  • Consult with clients through in-person, email, voicemail, and virtual meeting channels
  • Accurately report sales efforts, sales effort progression, and sales revenue

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • 3 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services
  • English language fluency required
  • General knowledge of banking and Treasury Solutions products and services
  • Knowledge of working capital concepts
  • Preferred: 5+ years of Treasury/Cash Management Analyst experience
  • Preferred: Deep knowledge of Treasury Management Solutions
  • Preferred: Certified Treasury Professional
