About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report to the Fiduciary Director
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of Trust Administration, New Business Engagement Risk Oversight, Compliance, and Client or Client Team Delivery commitments for assigned segments
  • Accountable for the performance of Trust Administration Advisors in the assigned segment
  • Deliver Trust Administration and client activities in accordance with governing instruments, policies, procedures, and applicable state laws
  • Coach, develop, oversee, and manage the performance of assigned Center Trust Advisors and Client Service Specialists
  • Coordinate Risk, Compliance, and other oversight activities with the Fiduciary Director, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and other partners
  • Execute assigned management routines
  • Execute projects for the Advisory Center line of business
  • Address client or teammate escalations and escalate further to the Fiduciary Director when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College Degree with a preferred emphasis on Business or Finance
  • Significant experience (over 10 years) in Trust Administration, Fiduciary oversight and new business activities for Personal Trust
  • Familiarity and experience with State and other applicable laws governing the administration of Personal Trust Accounts
  • Leadership qualities and ability to successfully meet competing deadlines and commitments
  • Proven ability to communicate with partners and peers
  • English language fluency required
  • CTFA or similar designation preferred
  • Advanced degree (JD, MBA, etc.) preferred
  • Prior direct Trust Administration experience with a book of personal trust accounts preferred
  • Proficiency with various computer and systems applications used to lead the business preferred
  • Experience with addressing and resolving risk and compliance issues associated with Personal Trust Services matters preferred
