About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Integrate content distribution, messaging, and tools across the Wholesale organization
  • Align Wholesale marketing, sales enablement, and line-of-business initiatives for cohesive strategy and consistent execution
  • Gather sales partner feedback to improve content effectiveness
  • Support sales teams with timely, actionable marketing content and tools
  • Track and report platform utilization and engagement metrics
  • Create custom reports and dashboards
  • Establish and manage data insights and reporting views
  • Drive sales enablement platform adoption through communication, education, promotion, and enhancements
  • Promote platform capabilities, best practices, and new features
  • Support content refreshes for accuracy, relevance, and usability
  • Manage quarterly attestations and governance requirements
  • Enhance user experience design, navigation, and engagement
  • Manage the Connection Support email inbox and resolve issues
  • Provide user troubleshooting, guidance, and training
  • Enable subscriptions, bulk communications, and other platform features

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
  • 3-5 years of experience within consulting, business management, or financial services organization
  • Ability to present data and business considerations in a structured manner
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Demonstrated understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies
  • English language fluency (required)
