  • Manage an industry-leading group delivering Wholesale Payments solutions to clients

  • Develop and implement strategic goals for Wholesale Payments and operational excellence
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement projects
  • Develop processes and procedures to meet or exceed client expectations
  • Manage operational policies and procedures for regulatory and internal compliance
  • Develop and maintain operational risk management systems and processes
  • Support Wholesale Payments products and solutions, manage capacity needs, meet service levels, and drive client satisfaction
  • Research and implement efficient processes to improve quality, enhance client satisfaction, and reduce costs
  • Manage recruitment, retention, career development, performance management, salary administration, promotions, transfers, succession planning, training, coaching, and terminations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years direct experience managing a team, performance, and resource allocations
  • Seven or more years of relevant financial services or related work experience
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, innovation, and performance within a production environment
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with diverse teams based in various regional locations
  • Ability to manage and negotiate with senior leadership and alliance relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships, display organizational savvy, leverage networks, and value diversity
  • Strong ability to provide positive client experience
  • Ability to translate strategic priorities into operational expectations and drive organizational and cultural changes
  • Knowledge of risk and controls, and operational risk management methodologies
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to synthesize complex information
  • Demonstrated advanced skills in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • English language fluency required
