About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and lead mid- to large-sized and moderately complex Wholesale Payments implementations from initiation through completion
  • Provide a best-in-class client experience and support revenue realization
  • Plan, monitor, and manage client implementations using project management, technical, and product knowledge
  • Coordinate project planning activities for mid-sized, less-complex clients, prospects, accounts, projects, or internal relationships
  • Communicate and interact directly with clients and personnel regarding implementation efforts
  • Define problems and scope parameters, organize project teams, assign responsibilities, develop schedules and milestones, and determine resource requirements
  • Define project deliverables and ensure shared understanding among the team and client
  • Establish stakeholder relationships and manage resources throughout projects
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Report project status, milestones, deliverables, and plans to project team members, clients, and coverage teams
  • Troubleshoot and manage activities to meet internal and external quality standards
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Negotiate timelines and expectations across departments and functional management
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and client impact
  • Create and maintain project documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Five or more years progressive related experience in either a consulting, project management or process improvement related role
  • Strong level understanding of project management framework and methodologies
  • Expert-level verbal and written client communication skills, including the ability to be proactive and adapt messaging based on the audience
  • Ability to manage and negotiate with clients and vendor and alliance relationships
  • Proven leadership in the implementation of complex projects, issue resolution, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate with and influence others, conduct difficult negotiations and manage to stringent timelines for project deliverables
  • Strong risk management skills
  • Demonstrated advanced understanding of business, resources, priorities, needs and policies
  • Proven ability to make decisions under pressure and bring clarity to ambiguous assignments
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, delegate and problem-solve
  • English language fluency required
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Treasury Management Professional (CTP) preferred
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement, facilitation, and project management methodologies preferred
  • Experience in Wholesale Solutions or cash management environment preferred
