About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the General Manager in leading and supervising store personnel
  • Track and manage inventory
  • Achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily store operations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional customer experience
  • Partner with the General Manager to implement strategies that drive service standards and positive sales results
  • Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
  • Review and communicate company SOPs and compliance requirements
  • Coach, train, and develop team members toward service standards and objectives
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations while on duty
  • Maintain professional relationships with business partners
  • Assist with managing the labor budget
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Conversational English proficiency
  • Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, and telecommunication devices
  • Ability to comprehend safety procedures
  • Ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions
  • Valid driver's license and successful MVR background check for delivery locations only
  • Ability to pass level 1 and level 2 background checks
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to work independently with flexibility and personal integrity
  • Ability to work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and emotional or hostile situations
  • Ability to work 40–45 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to move throughout the facility and work in tight spaces
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or position objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Visual and auditory acuity with or without aids
