About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the General Manager in leading and supervising store personnel
Track and manage inventory
Achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily store operations
Ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional customer experience
Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies that drive service standards and positive sales results
Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
Review, communicate, and enforce company SOP compliance
Communicate SOP changes to employees with the General Manager and other leaders
Provide coaching, training, and development focused on service standards and accountability
Monitor and maintain store inventory
Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations while on duty
Maintain professional relationships with business partners
Assist the General Manager in managing the labor budget
Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
Perform other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area
Prior cash handling experience
Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff
Ability to uphold strict confidentiality and discretion
Conversational English proficiency
Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computer, scanner, printer, and telecommunication devices
Ability to comprehend safety procedures
Proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions
Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
Valid driver’s license and passing MVR background check required for delivery locations only
Must pass level 1 and level 2 background checks
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to function independently with flexibility and personal integrity
Ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying a hostile attitude
Ability to move throughout the facility and work in tight spaces
Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or position objects up to 50 pounds
Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps
Visual and auditory acuity with or without aids
