About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the General Manager in leading and supervising store personnel
  • Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results
  • Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Ability to train, develop, and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Ability to communicate in conversational English
  • Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computer, scanner, and printer
  • Ability to comprehend safety procedures and utilize telecommunication devices
  • Ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions
  • Valid driver's license and passing MVR background check for delivery locations only
  • Ability to pass level 1 and level 2 background checks
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to work independently with flexibility, personal integrity, and effectiveness with residents, personnel, and support agencies
  • Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying a hostile attitude
  • Ability to move throughout the facility and work in tight spaces
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps
  • Visual and auditory acuity with or without aids
  • Availability to work 40–45 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
