About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel
- Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accurate inventory reporting
- Ensure regulatory compliance with state-specific regulations
- Review, communicate, and enforce company SOPs and communicate changes to employees
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager
- Perform system adjustments and participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Perform key-holding supervisor duties, including opening and closing procedures and basic staff supervision
- Support retail processes
- Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
- Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
- Maintain professional relationships with business partners
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma required
- Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
- Prior cash handling experience
- Conversational English proficiency
- Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computer, scanner, and printer
- Ability to comprehend safety procedures and utilize telecommunication devices
- Valid driver's license and MVR background check for delivery locations only
- Must pass level 1 and level 2 background checks
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to function independently with flexibility, personal integrity, and effectiveness with residents, personnel, and support agencies
- Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying a hostile attitude
- Ability to move throughout the facility and work in tight spaces
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps and work at floor level
- Visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids
- Availability for up to 40 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
