About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure inventory reporting accuracy
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations
  • Review, communicate, and enforce company SOPs and communicate changes to employees
  • Conduct inventory audits and required cycle counts with management
  • Perform system adjustments and participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Perform key-holding supervisor duties, including opening and closing procedures and basic staff supervision
  • Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
  • Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
  • Maintain professional relationships with business partners
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma required
  • Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Conversational English communication ability
  • Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computers, scanners, and printers
  • Ability to comprehend safety procedures and utilize telecommunication devices
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and pass an MVR background check (delivery locations only)
  • Must pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to function independently, with flexibility, personal integrity, and effectiveness with residents, personnel, and support agencies
  • Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying a hostile attitude
  • Ability to move throughout the entire facility, including tight spaces
  • Ability to push/pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to ascend/descend stools, ladders, and steps and position self or objects at floor level
  • Visual and auditory acuity, with or without job aids
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
