About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel
- Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accurate inventory reporting
- Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations and company SOPs
- Communicate SOP changes to employees
- Conduct inventory audits and required cycle counts
- Perform system adjustments and participate in root-cause analysis
- Help determine, initiate, and execute corrective actions
- Perform key-holding supervisor duties, including opening and closing procedures and basic staff supervision
- Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
- Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
- Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma required
- Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
- Prior cash handling experience
- Conversational English
- Ability to operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.)
- Ability to comprehend safety procedures and utilize telecommunication devices
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR background check (delivery locations only)
- Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
- Must be able to work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons experiencing emotional distress or displaying a hostile attitude
- Must be able to move throughout the entire facility, including tight spaces
- Must be able to communicate and exchange sensitive information and operate computing devices
- Must be able to push/pull, lift/carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs.; ascend/descend stools, ladders, and steps; crouch, stoop, kneel, or crawl
- Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
