About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Generate daily SAP cycle count reports
Cycle count finished good inventory
Adjust discrepancies of over/under amounts and damaged products in SAP
Assist in receiving and verifying finished goods from flower and oil Packaging Departments
Work closely with the Control Team to conduct regular cycle counts
Collaborate with the Control group to diagnose and determine root causes of product variances
Reconcile cycle counts in SAP
Troubleshoot and find solutions for product discrepancies and variances
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma/GED required
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
ERP System experience (SAP)
Intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Excel)
Mathematically & theoretically competent for complex problem solving
Strong attention to detail
Able to work occasional weekends, holidays and evenings
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 60lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
Must be able to work seated/standing for extended periods and perform climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and frequent/constant hand use
Must be able to wear PPE and work in hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions, including 95 degrees or greater
Must have visual acuity for computer use and visual inspection of small parts/details
Must be able to communicate verbally with co-workers and vendors
Must be available for 45(+) hours weekly and occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
