About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead enterprise analytics strategy and insight generation
  • Translate complex data into executive-level recommendations and business actions
  • Develop frameworks for measuring financial, operational, customer, and commercial KPIs
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews
  • Own enterprise reporting platforms, dashboards, and scorecards
  • Establish reporting standards, KPI definitions, and data governance processes
  • Drive adoption of self-service analytics across the organization
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of reporting assets
  • Lead predictive analytics and forecasting initiatives
  • Develop models for customer behavior, churn, retention, demand planning, pricing, marketing effectiveness, and operational performance
  • Support strategic planning through scenario modeling and trend analysis
  • Partner with executive leaders to identify opportunities and risks
  • Advise on analytics-driven decision-making
  • Present findings to senior leadership, board members, and business stakeholders
  • Translate analytical findings into clear business actions
  • Build, mentor, and develop teams of analysts, BI developers, and data scientists
  • Establish team priorities and performance objectives
  • Foster curiosity, innovation, accountability, and business partnership
  • Lead data governance initiatives and data quality programs
  • Establish definitions, standards, and controls for enterprise data assets
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Work 40+ hours weekly with flexible hours and travel 10–20% of the work schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related disciplines
  • 5+ years leading analytics teams
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and enterprise-wide decision making
  • Proven success delivering measurable business outcomes through analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent visualization platforms
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or modern cloud data platforms
  • Statistical analysis and predictive modeling
  • Data warehousing and data governance concepts
  • Advanced Excel and business modeling
  • Flexibility of hours; some nights and weekends required
  • Must pass level 1 and level 2 background checks and drug screening
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to move throughout the facility, including tight spaces
  • Must be able to push/pull, lift/carry, and position objects up to 25 lbs
  • Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without aids
  • Must frequently remain seated
