About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them about product benefits and potential side effects
  • Facilitate patient purchases in accordance with state regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and product knowledge
  • Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
  • Prepare and process patient orders efficiently
  • Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
  • Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
  • Assist with product or device issues and collaborate with leadership to resolve customer concerns
  • Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
  • Perform additional team tasks as needed, including delivery or online-order support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
  • Minimum 21 years of age (or minimum 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
  • Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions
  • Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
  • Conversational English proficiency
  • Ability to operate electronic equipment and telecommunication devices
  • Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for the Delivery Driver role
  • Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and perform the stated physical requirements
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability for flexible hours, up to 40 hours per week and after-hours business needs
