About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects
  • Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and product knowledge
  • Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
  • Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
  • Prepare and process patient orders efficiently and on time
  • Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
  • Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
  • Assist customers with product or device issues
  • Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
  • Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management, including team crossover duties as needed
  • Assist with processing online orders, including deliveries, within a 2-hour timeframe
  • May fulfill delivery associate responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
  • Minimum 21 years of age (or minimum 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
  • Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
  • Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
  • Conversational English proficiency
  • Ability to operate electronic equipment, computers, laptops, and telecommunication devices
  • Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
  • Ability to move throughout the workday and work with residents, personnel, and support agencies
  • Ability to see and hear adequately or use prosthetics enabling these senses
  • Ability to manipulate, push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps; crouch, stoop, kneel, or crawl
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and after-hours business needs
