About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
  • Minimum 21 years of age, or minimum 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV
  • Prior retail and/or customer service experience is a plus
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions
  • Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
  • Conversational English proficiency
  • Ability to operate electronic equipment, computers, laptops, and telecommunication devices
  • Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
  • Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and independently work with diverse populations
  • Ability to move/traverse throughout the facility, including confined spaces
  • Ability to communicate and exchange sensitive information, observe details, and operate computing devices
  • Ability to manipulate, push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs; ascend/descend stools, ladders, and steps; crouch, stoop, kneel, or crawl
  • Availability for flexible hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and after-hours business needs
  • Up to 25 hours per week availability
