About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide customers through their cannabis purchasing journey by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects
- Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, product knowledge, and patient service
- Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
- Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
- Prepare and process patient orders efficiently
- Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
- Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
- Assist customers with product or device issues
- Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
- Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
- Perform additional team tasks as assigned
- Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe as needed
- Perform delivery associate duties as needed, including following policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
- Minimum age of 21 (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV)
- Prior retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
- Conversational English proficiency
- Ability to operate electronic equipment and telecommunication devices
- Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the Delivery Driver role
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
- Ability to move throughout the workday and meet specified sensory and physical requirements
- Ability to manipulate, push/pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
- Availability for flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
