About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them about product benefits and potential side effects
- Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and elevated patient service
- Maintain product knowledge and deliver the TruExperience
- Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
- Prepare and process patient orders efficiently and promptly
- Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
- Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
- Assist customers with product or device issues
- Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
- Document customer issues and concerns on customer profiles
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management
- Perform delivery associate duties as needed, including following delivery policies
- Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or a similar field
- Minimum 21 years of age, or minimum 18 years in CT, PA, and WV
- Prior retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
- Conversational English proficiency
- Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computers and laptops
- Ability to comprehend safety procedures and use telecommunication devices
- Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
- Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday
- Ability to see and hear, or use prosthetics enabling these senses to function adequately
- Ability to function independently with flexibility and personal integrity
- Ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies, including ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
