About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them about product benefits and potential side effects
Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, and compassion to patients
Deliver elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge
Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns according to company policy
Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner
Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
Assist customers with product or device issues
Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
Document customer issues and concerns on customer profiles
Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
Perform additional duties assigned by management
As needed, perform delivery associate duties, including following company policies
As needed, process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe
Move throughout the facility, operate computing devices, handle products and packaging, and lift/push/carry up to 50 pounds

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
Minimum 21 years of age, or minimum 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV
Prior retail and/or customer service experience is a plus
Prior cash handling experience
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions
Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
Conversational English proficiency
Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computers and laptops, comprehend safety procedures, and utilize telecommunication devices
Mental and physical capacity to perform the job duties
Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and perform the stated physical requirements
Availability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week and after hours based on business needs
