Key responsibilities & impact

Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects
Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and product knowledge
Provide the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards and behaviors
Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns according to company policy
Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner
Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
Assist customers with product or device issues
Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
Document customer issues and concerns on customer profiles
Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
Perform additional tasks assigned by management
When needed, perform delivery associate duties, including delivery operations under Trulieve policies
When needed, process online orders, including deliveries, within a 2-hour timeframe

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area
Prior cash handling experience
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels
Excellent people skills and effective verbal and written communication
Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions
Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely
Conversational English proficiency
Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computer and laptop
Ability to comprehend safety procedures and utilize telecommunication devices
Mental and physical capacities necessary to perform job duties
Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday
Ability to see and hear or use prosthetics that enable these senses to function adequately
Ability to function independently with flexibility and personal integrity
Ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
Ability to work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people
Ability to move/traverse throughout the facility, including confined spaces
Ability to manipulate objects and push/pull, lift/carry, or position objects up to 50 lbs
Ability to ascend/descend stool, ladder, and steps; crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl, and position self/objects at floor level
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be available for up to 40 hours per week and after-hours work based on business needs
