About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide customers through their cannabis purchase by educating them about product benefits and potential side effects
Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and product knowledge
Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
Prepare and process patient orders efficiently and promptly
Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
Assist customers with product or device issues
Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles
Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
Perform additional team tasks as assigned
As needed, perform delivery associate duties, including delivery procedures
As needed, process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
Minimum 21 years of age (or minimum 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
Prior retail and/or customer service experience is preferred
Prior cash handling experience
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work without supervision and in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions
Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
Conversational English proficiency
Ability to operate electronic equipment, computers, laptops, and telecommunication devices
Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
Ability to move throughout the workday and work in confined spaces
Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
Ability to ascend/descend stools, ladders, and steps and position self or objects at floor level
Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and after hours as needed
