About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide customers through cannabis purchases by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects
Facilitate customer purchases in compliance with state regulations
Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and product knowledge
Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
Prepare and process patient orders efficiently
Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
Assist with product or device issues and resolve customer concerns with leadership
Document customer issues and concerns on customer profiles
Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
Perform additional tasks assigned by management
Perform delivery associate tasks as needed, including deliveries and following delivery procedures
Process online orders, including deliveries, within a 2-hour timeframe

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
Minimum 21 years of age (or minimum 18 in CT, PA and WV)
Prior retail and/or customer service experience is a plus
Prior cash handling experience
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work without supervision and in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions
Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
Conversational English proficiency
Ability to operate electronic equipment and telecommunication devices
Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and meet stated physical requirements
Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and after hours based on business needs
