About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide customers through their cannabis purchasing journey by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects
- Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and product knowledge
- Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
- Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
- Prepare and process patient orders efficiently
- Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
- Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
- Assist customers with product or device issues
- Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
- Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
- Assist with delivery associate tasks as needed
- Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe as needed
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
- Minimum 21 years of age (or minimum 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
- Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels
- Excellent people skills and effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions
- Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely
- Conversational English proficiency
- Ability to operate electronic equipment, comprehend safety procedures, and utilize telecommunication devices
- Mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
- Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and perform required sensory and physical functions
- Ability to manipulate, push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and after hours based on business needs
- Availability to work up to 25 hours per week
