About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide customers through cannabis purchases by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects
- Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and product knowledge
- Facilitate patient purchases in accordance with state regulations
- Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns
- Prepare and process patient orders efficiently
- Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
- Work with the leader on duty to enhance customer experience
- Assist customers with product or device issues
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve customer issues
- Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
- Perform additional team tasks as assigned
- Process online orders, including deliveries, within a 2-hour timeframe when providing online support
- Perform delivery associate duties as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
- Minimum 21 years of age (or minimum 18 in CT, PA and WV)
- Prior retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions
- Conversational English proficiency
- Ability to operate electronic equipment and telecommunication devices
- Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for Delivery Driver role
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
- Ability to move throughout the workday and perform required physical tasks
- Ability to push/pull, lift/carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and after hours based on business needs
