About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them about product benefits and potential side effects
  • Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and elevated patient service

  • Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
  • Prepare and process patient orders accurately, efficiently, and timely

  • Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
  • Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles

  • Perform delivery associate tasks as needed, including delivery procedures and policy compliance
  • Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
  • Minimum 21 years of age, or minimum 18 in CT, PA and WV
  • Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
  • Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
  • Conversational English proficiency
  • Ability to operate computers, laptops, electronic equipment, and telecommunication devices
  • Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
  • Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and work with diverse, including ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and sometimes hostile, people
  • Ability to move/traverse throughout the facility, including confined spaces
  • Ability to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights; push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to ascend/descend stools, ladders, and steps; crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl, and occasionally remain seated
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and after hours based on business needs
  • Availability to work up to 25 hours per week
