About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects
  • Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, product knowledge, and patient service
  • Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
  • Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
  • Prepare and process patient orders efficiently
  • Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
  • Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
  • Assist with product or device issues and resolve customer concerns with leadership
  • Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
  • Perform additional team tasks as assigned
  • Fulfill delivery associate duties as needed, including following delivery procedures
  • Process online orders, including deliveries, within a 2-hour timeframe

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
  • Minimum 21 years of age, or minimum 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV
  • Prior retail and/or customer service experience is a plus
  • Prior cash handling experience required
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work without supervision and in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions
  • Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
  • Conversational English proficiency
  • Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for Delivery Driver role
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
  • Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and work with diverse populations
  • Ability to move/traverse throughout the facility, operate computing devices, and manipulate objects
  • Ability to push/pull, lift/carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and after hours based on business needs
