About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects
- Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and elevated patient service
- Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns according to company policy
- Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
- Work with the leader on duty and management to enhance customer experience and resolve customer issues
- Assist customers with product or device issues
- Document customer issues and concerns on customer profiles
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
- Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe when assigned
- Perform delivery associate tasks as needed
- Complete other duties assigned by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age in PA
- Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
- Must have prior cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels
- Must possess excellent people skills and communicate effectively in verbal and written form
- Must be able to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Able to understand and follow written/oral instructions
- Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely
- Able to communicate in conversational English
- Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background record check
- Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday and perform required sensory and physical functions
- Must be able to manipulate, push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available to work up to 25 hours per week and after hours based on business needs
