About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide customers through their cannabis purchasing journey by educating them about benefits and potential side effects
- Provide product knowledge and exceptional customer service to customers, guests, coworkers, and patients
- Facilitate customer purchases according to state regulations
- Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns according to company policy
- Prepare and process patient orders efficiently
- Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
- Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
- Assist customers with product or device issues
- Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
- Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management
- Support delivery-associate tasks as needed, including delivery compliance
- Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
- Minimum 18 years of age in Pennsylvania
- Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions
- Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
- Conversational English proficiency
- Ability to operate electronic equipment and telecommunication devices
- Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
- Ability to move throughout the workday and perform required physical duties
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and after hours based on business needs
