About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Facilitate customer purchases in compliance with state regulations

  • Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
  • Prepare and process patient orders promptly and efficiently

  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve customer issues
  • Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation

  • Perform delivery associate duties as needed, including delivery compliance
  • Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, or 18 in CT, PA, and WV
  • Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service, is a plus
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills
  • Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
  • Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
  • Conversational English proficiency
  • Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
  • Ability to move throughout the workday and work with diverse or challenging individuals
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or position objects up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and after hours based on business needs
