About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects
- Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and product knowledge
- Facilitate customer purchases in compliance with state regulations
- Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
- Prepare and process patient orders accurately, efficiently, and promptly
- Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
- Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
- Assist customers with product or device issues
- Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
- Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
- Perform additional team tasks as needed, including delivery associate and online support responsibilities
- Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
- Minimum 21 years of age, or minimum 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV
- Prior experience preferably in retail and/or customer service is a plus
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills
- Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
- Conversational English proficiency
- Ability to operate electronic equipment and telecommunication devices
- Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
- Ability to move intermittently, see and hear adequately, function independently, and work flexibly and with personal integrity
- Ability to work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people
- Ability to move throughout the facility, operate computing devices, manipulate objects, push/pull and lift/carry up to 50 lbs, and ascend/descend stools, ladders, or steps
- Availability for flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Up to 25 hours per week and availability after hours based on business needs
