About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects
  • Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and product knowledge
  • Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
  • Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
  • Prepare and process patient orders accurately, efficiently, and on time
  • Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
  • Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
  • Assist customers with product or device issues and help resolve concerns
  • Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
  • Perform additional team tasks assigned by management, including delivery-associate duties when required
  • Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
  • Minimum 21 years of age (or minimum 18 in CT, PA and WV)
  • Prior retail and/or customer service experience is a plus
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
  • Business sense and professionalism; ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
  • Conversational English
  • Ability to operate electronic equipment, computers, laptops, and telecommunication devices
  • Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
  • Ability to move throughout the workday and meet the stated physical requirements
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and after-hours business needs
  • Up to 25 hours per week
