Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
  • Minimum age of 18 in Pennsylvania
  • Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions
  • Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
  • Conversational English proficiency
  • Ability to operate electronic equipment, comprehend safety procedures, and use telecommunication devices
  • Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
  • Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and meet sensory and physical requirements
  • Ability to manipulate, push/pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability for up to 25 hours per week and after-hours work based on business needs
