About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years’ work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • Ability to direct and drive personnel towards maximum performance
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Minimum age of 21 (or 18 in CT, PA and WV)
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background screening
  • Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 40 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
  • Ability to work seated/standing for extended periods and perform climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and frequent/constant hand movements
  • Ability to handle organic matter daily and wear appropriate PPE in hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions, including temperatures of 95 degrees or greater
  • Visual acuity with or without job aids for reading, computer-terminal viewing, and visual inspection
  • Ability to communicate verbally at conversation levels with coworkers and vendors
