About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct in-process quality checks and take necessary actions for non-compliance
- Understand quality measures and KPI linkage to site results and vision
- Ensure compliance with necessary CGMP standards
- Set clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Monitor team performance and report hourly metrics

Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Ability to direct and drive personnel toward maximum performance
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Minimum age of 21 (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV)
- Must be able to pass comprehensive background screening
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 40 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Ability to work seated/standing for extended periods and perform climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and frequent/constant hand movements
- Ability to handle organic matter daily and wear appropriate PPE in hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions, including temperatures of 95 degrees or greater
- Visual acuity sufficient for computer work and detailed visual inspections in day and night/dark conditions
- Ability to communicate verbally at conversation levels with coworkers and vendors
- Degree in Management or Business is a plus
