Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and supervise store personnel
  • Plan and implement strategies to improve service standards and sales results
  • Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
  • Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations
  • Communicate and enforce company SOPs and changes
  • Track and manage store inventory
  • Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
  • Coach, train, and develop the team to meet objectives
  • Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
  • Maintain professional relationships with business partners
  • Schedule staff within the labor budget
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance
  • Oversee efficient daily store operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Ability to train, develop, and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Conversational English proficiency
  • Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, and telecommunication devices
  • Ability to comprehend safety procedures
  • Ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions
  • Valid driver’s license and MVR background check for delivery locations only
  • Ability to pass level 1 and level 2 background checks
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to work independently with flexibility and personal integrity
  • Ability to work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and emotional states
  • Ability to move throughout the facility, including tight spaces
  • Ability to push/pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to ascend/descend stools, ladders, and steps and work at floor level
  • Visual and auditory acuity, with or without aids
  • Availability to work 45+ hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
