Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Ability to communicate in conversational English
  • Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computer, scanner, printer, and telecommunication devices
  • Ability to comprehend safety procedures
  • Proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions
  • Valid driver’s license and MVR background check for delivery locations only
  • Ability to pass level 1 and level 2 background checks
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to function independently with flexibility, personal integrity, and effectiveness with residents, personnel, and support agencies
  • Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying a hostile attitude
  • Must be available to work 45+ hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to move throughout the facility, including tight spaces
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps
  • Visual and auditory acuity with or without aids
