About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Weigh, measure, and accurately and efficiently fill medical marijuana derivatives into appropriate containers for resale
- Perform and document quality checks of incoming materials, processes, and finished goods
- Label containers with product labels, variable data labels, state-mandated tags, and tamper tape as necessary
- Package, document, and ensure proper counts and tracking documentation of case packs
- Maintain quality-control measures for high-quality product packaging
- Maintain cleanliness and sterility in the packaging area according to cGMP and Trulieve standards
- Work under the direction of the Oil Production Manager, Oil Production Supervisor, and Team Leads
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic computer skills
- Exceptionally strong math and counting skills
- Ability to focus, stay on task, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work productively within a group environment
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Dependable with reliable transportation
- Controls and instrumentation experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced controlled environment
- Ability to work with chemicals, oils, and sharp objects
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and pressure
- Ability to manage changes in working schedule
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must pass state-mandated background screening
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift at least 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and carry it at least 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Ability to work seated/standing at workstations for extended periods
- Ability to climb ladders and stairways, kneel, crouch, reach, and frequently/constantly use hands and fingers
- Ability to handle organic matter daily and wear appropriate PPE
- Visual acuity with or without aids for reading, computer-terminal viewing, and visual inspection of small parts/details
- Conversational proficiency communicating with co-workers and vendors
- 1 to 2 years' experience in manufacturing operations preferred
- Experience working in a cGMP manufacturing environment preferred
- Available to work 40+ hours weekly, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
