About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Weigh, measure, and accurately and efficiently fill various medical marijuana derivatives into appropriate containers for resale at company dispensaries
- Label containers with appropriate product labels
- Maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality products
- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility in the packaging area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Report to the Production Plant Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum age of 21 (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV)
- Must pass a comprehensive background screening
- Basic computer skills
- Exceptionally strong math and counting skills
- Ability to focus, stay on task, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work productively within a group environment
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Dependable with reliable transportation
- Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift at least 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and carry it at least 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Ability to work seated or standing at workstations for extended periods
- Ability to climb ladders and stairways, stop, kneel, crouch, reach, and frequently/constantly use hands and fingers for task completion
- Ability to handle organic matter daily and wear appropriate PPE
- Visual acuity, with or without aids, for reading, computer terminals, and visual inspection of small parts/details
- Ability to communicate verbally at conversation levels in moderate noise
