About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel
- Help achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily store operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional customer experience
- Perform key-holding supervisor duties, including opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes
- Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
- Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations and company SOPs
- Communicate SOP changes to employees
- Provide coaching, training, and development focused on service standards and accountability
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
- Maintain professional relationships with business partners
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
- Report to the General Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma required
- Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
- Prior cash handling experience
- Conversational English
- Ability to operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.)
- Ability to comprehend safety procedures and utilize telecommunication devices
- Valid driver’s license and passing MVR background check (delivery locations only)
- Pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to function independently, with flexibility, personal integrity, and effectiveness with residents, personnel, and support agencies
- Ability to work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and those experiencing emotional distress or displaying a hostile attitude
- Visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids
- Ability to push/pull, lift/carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
