About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel
Achieve key performance metrics
Ensure efficient daily operation of the store
Ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional customer experience
Perform key-holding supervisor opening and closing procedures
Supervise staff and retail processes
Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
Review, communicate, and ensure compliance with company SOPs
Communicate SOP changes to employees
Coach, train, and develop the team on service standards and accountability
Monitor and maintain store inventory
Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
Maintain professional relationships with business partners
Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
Perform other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma required
Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
Prior cash handling experience
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff
Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
Conversational English proficiency
Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computer, scanner, printer, and telecommunication devices
Ability to comprehend safety procedures
Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely
Valid driver's license and passing MVR background check required for delivery locations only
Must pass level 1 and level 2 background checks
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to function independently, with flexibility and personal integrity
Ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying a hostile attitude
Ability to move throughout the entire facility, including tight spaces
Ability to push/pull, lift/carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs.
Ability to ascend/descend stools, ladders, and steps
Visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids
