About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel
Achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily store operations
Ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional customer experience
Perform key-holding supervisor duties, including opening and closing procedures and basic staff and retail-process supervision
Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
Review, communicate, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and communicate changes to employees
Provide coaching, training, and development focused on service standards, accountability, and objectives
Monitor and maintain store inventory
Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
Maintain professional relationships with business partners
Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
Perform other tasks assigned by management
Report to the General Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma required
Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
Prior cash handling experience
Conversational English proficiency
Ability to operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.)
Ability to comprehend safety procedures and utilize telecommunication devices
Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
Valid driver’s license and passing MVR background check (delivery locations only)
Must pass level 1 and level 2 background checks
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to function independently, with flexibility and personal integrity
Ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying a hostile attitude
Ability to move throughout the facility, including tight spaces
Ability to communicate and exchange sensitive information, observe details, and operate computing devices
Ability to push/pull, lift/carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs.
Ability to ascend/descend stools, ladders, and steps; crouch, stoop, kneel, or crawl
Visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
