About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support business decisions through analysis of internal and external data
- Perform ongoing and ad-hoc reporting
- Serve as a project resource on departmental or cross-functional initiatives
- Provide analysis, insights and recommendations to product and business leaders
- Monitor results, research causes of performance changes and recommend solutions
- Maintain periodic and ad-hoc reports
- Act as a subject matter expert for business and technology requirements and prioritization of reporting needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end business management processes
- Monitor business process integrity and compliance requirements
- Review data and determine, organize, translate and simplify project or program requirements
- Communicate requirements to stakeholders, facilitators and partners
- Assist with business cases, test cases, process change requests, project scope, acceptance, installation and deployment
- Manage workload and provide technical contributions using established procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related field or equivalent work experience
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Proven project management skills with the ability to effectively plan and organize work to achieve targeted deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Excel/VBA preferred
- Experience managing large data sets preferred
