About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote awareness of innovation capabilities and connect business partners with resources, expertise, and opportunities supporting enterprise transformation
- Coordinate innovation engagements and execution activities for delivery, adoption, and business value realization
- Support communication, training, and adoption activities for AI and automation capabilities
- Develop materials and documentation for workshops, planning sessions, and events
- Support intake, documentation, prioritization, and tracking of innovation opportunities
- Assist stakeholders in evaluating opportunities, clarifying objectives, documenting requirements, and defining business outcomes
- Translate business challenges and opportunities into structured discussions and outputs
- Provide recommendations to improve awareness, readiness, adoption, and value realization
- Maintain stakeholder relationships from ideation through execution
- Create and maintain metrics measuring business impact, adoption, and value realization
- Analyze engagement findings, stakeholder feedback, and performance data
- Contribute to reporting, dashboards, and communications demonstrating innovation outcomes
- Support documentation, assessment, and coordination for governance, risk, compliance, and responsible innovation requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, innovation, transformation, or project delivery
- Hands-on experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- Strong analytical, facilitation, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable outputs
- Experience operating in regulated environments such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare (preferred)
