About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage enterprise implementations from kickoff through their lifecycle
Train customers to configure their TrustArc platform across the portfolio of modules
Drive platform adoption across the customer portfolio
Teach customers to use TrustArc’s Arc Intelligence AI-powered features in their day-to-day privacy work
Show customers how to connect AI assistants to TrustArc through its MCP server
Assist customers with building and maintaining Workato integration recipes connecting TrustArc to HR, CRM, marketing, and support systems
Organize customer feature requests, capture business cases, and manage customer expectations
Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor to customers
Run business reviews focused on outcomes and adoption
Flag renewal risk early
Guide customers through configurations that meet business requirements
Scope integrations with customer IT teams and explain them to day-to-day users
Maintain Salesforce records across multiple projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years leading SaaS implementations or Customer Success engagements with enterprise clients
Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, integrations, APIs, SSO, and data connectors
Ability to troubleshoot platform configurations
Familiarity with AI-enabled SaaS products
Ability to articulate value to business and technical stakeholders
Ability to translate complex regulatory and technical concepts into simple, outcome-driven client solutions
Proven experience managing multi-workstream projects
Demonstrated success aligning implementation outcomes with measurable customer value, including ROI, TTV, and adoption
Skilled at navigating competing priorities and influencing cross-functional stakeholders toward resolution
Executive-level presence with ability to engage technical and business audiences
Ability to teach technical topics to non-technical audiences
SFDC, Gong, and Claude savvy
Spanish fluency preferred
Fortune 1000 experience preferred
PMP or comparable certification preferred
Hands-on experience with a privacy platform such as OneTrust or Securiti preferred
Experience using AI assistants connected to business systems through MCP preferred
Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, emerging AI regulation, DSARs, RoPAs, and DPIAs preferred
